Buon Natale

It’s Christmas time already and with only a few days to go we are in the UK, waiting for the snow to start falling and frantically checking our Christmas lists – twice. Jean, the girls and I would like to take this opportunity to wish all our loyal and lovely friends and readers a Buon Natale (as the Italians say) and a full, fruitful and enjoyable new year.

We have really enjoyed sharing our Italian adventures with everyone over the last 9 months and appreciated all the feedback we have received. And even though we are no longer in Italy we will continue to write about our adventures over the next few months wherever they happen to take us.

Once again Buon Natale and best wishes to you all.

Jean, Graeme and the girls.

  1. Hi Guys
Glad you have all made it safely to the UK for Christmas. Maybe it will be white! (I like the way G, you have allowed subtle snowfall even on this page)Have a great holiday – eat drink and be very merry.
I am in Welly this week – off to a wedding tomorrow and then home. It has rained all week and is cold today – they must have known I was coming. In contrast I have missed a balmy summery Melbourne week I hear – such is life.
Again have a great Christmas – lovely to see you a few months ago (was re-living our break when I finally got around to transfering my photos on to my Ipad just the other day).
Take care – will look out to see where your adventures take you.
Isabel (and Charlie sends his best) xxx

  2. Hey there,

Thanks for the good wishes and right back at you from us of the frozen north. Winter here makes a warm and enjoyable Tuscan summer and autumn with friends seem a very long time ago.

Anyway, you and Charlie and the kids have a great Chrissy and all the best for the New Year.

    Ciao
    G & J
